Find the best date and location for you. Applications sent after the initial deadline will automatically incur an additional, nonrefundable, USD$50/= late registration fee. Applications received after the late application deadline will automatically be processed for the next examination date. Note the application deadlines for each exam date. ASQ certification examinations are delivered by ASQ's testing partner, Prometric. The examination scheduling instructions in your eligibility letter will direct you to a section of Prometric's website, where you can select and schedule your examination date and location.
